Russell has been in the glazing industry for 6 years and worked for AAAMSA (The Association of Architectural Aluminium Manufacturers of South Africa) for 4 years. He was an inspector and consultant for the new glazing standards throughout South Africa. After leaving the glazing industry Russell worked in the smoke and fire ventilation market growing the SE Controls brand for 3 years, since then he has worked directly for SE Controls Africa as the General Manager of the Southern Regions
